Mine Experience Tour, Vintage Talking Tram & Joss House Temple:
Don a hard hat and miner抯 lamp, descend 61 metres beneath the surface of Bendigo and walk in the footsteps of past miners! Become enthralled by Bendigo抯 underworld as you are guided through the honeycomb of underground tunnels with one of our friendly and knowledgeable guides. With only the light on your cap to light the path you will discover what conditions as a miner were really like during the harsh gold rush era. Afterwards, explore the surface of the mine with its treasure trove of vintage mining machinery, gold panning and interpretive museum. Tour Duration: 75 minutes

The Bendigo Joss House Temple, a Chinese place of worship, was constructed in the late 1860s and is one of the few remaining original buildings of its type in Australia. It comprises a caretaker抯 residence, temple and ancestral hall. The main temple is dedicated to Guan-Di, the god of war and prosperity. Situated at the northern terminus of the tram route.
